Order Issues & Resolutions

We handle all issues on a case-by-case basis with fairness and transparency. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.


Regular Mail — $4.99 Shipping

The $4.99 shipping option is Canada Post regular lettermail. It does not include tracking, insurance, or delivery confirmation. By selecting this option at checkout, you accept full responsibility for any delivery issues.

By choosing regular mail, you acknowledge that:

  • × No tracking number is provided
  • × Delivery dates are estimates only — not guaranteed
  • × Odd Games TCG cannot verify delivery once the order has been mailed
  • × Lost, delayed, stolen, or misdelivered shipments are the customer’s risk
  • × Canada Post cannot investigate or confirm delivery for untracked orders

Refunds or replacements for regular mail shipments are not guaranteed. We may assist on a case-by-case basis as a courtesy. For higher-value orders, we strongly recommend selecting a tracked option at checkout.



Damaged Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. Minor wear to outer packaging, envelopes, toploaders, or sleeves during transit is normal and does not qualify for replacement or refund.

If an item arrives in poor condition that is not related to shipping (e.g. a card that was already damaged, poorly handled, or in worse condition than described), contact us right away. Please include:

  • Clear photos of the damaged item(s)
  • Photos of the packaging it arrived in

Once we review the photos and validate the claim, we will work with you toward a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation and product availability.

Must be reported within 7 days of delivery


Exchanges & Refunds

All sales are considered final; however, we assess exchange and refund requests on a case-by-case basis, particularly in cases of damage, loss, or product condition concerns.

To request a return or exchange:

  1. 1 Contact us first — do not ship anything back without confirmation and the correct return address
  2. 2 Package the cards carefully — store credit or exchange value will depend on the condition of the item when it arrives back to us

We will issue store credit or a replacement based on the card’s condition and availability.



Lost Packages — Tracked Shipments Only

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate when placing your order. Odd Games TCG is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

For tracked orders that appear lost in transit:

  1. 1 Wait the full delivery timeframe outlined by Canada Post before initiating a claim
  2. 2 Email us at Support@OddGamesTCG.ca with your order number and tracking number

Once the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will verify the shipping information on file and may issue a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on product availability and the outcome of the claim.
