Order Issues & Resolutions
We know things don’t always go perfectly, and we're here to help. Whether there's a damaged item, missing cards, or something else unexpected — we handle all issues on a case-by-case basis with fairness and transparency.
Please report any issues within 7–14 days of receiving your order.
Damaged Items
If you receive an item that was damaged during shipping, please email us with clear photos of:

The damaged item(s)

The packaging it arrived in
Once we validate the claim, we’ll work with you to send a replacement or issue a refund, depending on the situation and available stock.
Exchanges & Refunds
Sales are considered final; however, we assess exchange or refund requests on a case-by-case basis, especially in the event of damage, loss, or product condition concerns. However, if you’d like to request an exchange:

Contact us first for return confirmation and the correct return address.

Carefully package the cards, as credit or exchange value will depend on the condition of the returned item upon arrival.
We’ll issue store credit or a replacement based on the card's condition and availability.
Missing or Lost Packages
Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing the order. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect address information. For lost packages, we follow the 14-day delivery window set by Canada Post. If your package hasn’t arrived after that period:

Once they confirm the issue:

Then either send a replacement (if available) or issue a refund or store credit
