We Currently have two options for shipping, the first one is regular shipping with no tracking and it’s with Canada post. We have that option at a low fix rate at 4.99. The other option is to offer you tracking with the regular shipping the option is 14.99. We have to warn you that if you take the option with no tracking the information we get from Canada post is limited and so if the package is missing it might take time before we have information.
We are working with Canada post to deliver the packages to you. Once an order has been made we give at most a two day to complete the order and have it leave our office. Once Canada post has the items it takes around 7 to 14 days to get it depending on where you are located in Canada.
We currently only ship to Canadian customers and we are looking into having more options for international customers. If you would like to order and you don’t live in Canada you can write to us at OddGamesTCG@Gmail.com and we can let you know how much the delivery cost would be.
For missing or lost packages we will wait after the 14 day period given to us by canada post and if you still haven't received the package contact us via email and we will look into it with canada post. After we get confirmation on their part we will get into contact with you to verify the shipping address before sending you a replacement order. If we don’t have the cards left we will look to issue you a refund or credit for a future order.
We currently have Paypal and Square as payment options on our website so feel free to use the one you are more comfortable with.
