If you receive an item that was broken during the shipping we will need you to send pictures of the item and the shipping package to validate the claim. Once the claim has been validated we will work with you to either send a replacement or issuing a refund on the purchase. If you have any other issue with the product you received you can contact us and we will try to find a solution.
All sales are considered finalised once you receive the package. If you would like to exchange the product that you ordered you will need to get in contact with us so that we can give you the return adresse and confirmation that the return will be done. We ask that you use caution in sending back the cards as we will issue a credit depending on the card condition once it arrives at our office.
