Vendor Agreement – Odd Games TCG Marketplace
Thank you for applying to become a vendor on the Odd Games TCG marketplace. By becoming a vendor you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before submitting your application or listing products.
1. Shipping
By agreeing to become a seller on the Odd Games Marketplace, you acknowledge that a default, mandatory shipping option is already set up in your account. This shipping method uses Canada Post and includes two pricing tiers:
- Orders under CA$100 – basic letter mail (no tracking required)
- Orders of CA$100 or more – tracked shipping is required
Sellers also have the ability to create and configure their own custom shipping methods if desired. However, the default Canada Post option must remain available to customers at all times.
If the shipping prices listed under this default option do not reflect current rates charged by Canada Post, please contact us at Admin@OddgamesTCG.ca so we can review and make necessary adjustments.
2. Sellers / Customer Disputes
As a vendor on the Marketplace you are responsible for handling customer‑disputes. Customers will by default contact you first for any missing items or other issues. If no resolution is possible, Odd Games will step in to determine what is best to resolve the issue.
3. Products
Odd Games is responsible for the overall product catalogue offered on the Marketplace. If the product you wish to sell is not yet listed in the catalog, please contact Admin@OddgamesTCG.ca to request addition.
All single trading cards being listed must be in “Mint” or “Lightly Played” condition. Please refer to the card‑grading guide provided at: https://static.cardtrader.com/en/guides/condition-guide
General Terms
By applying to become a vendor you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms as well as any other Marketplace policies posted by Odd Games. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these terms at any time. Continuing to list items or operate as a vendor on the Marketplace following any changes will constitute your acceptance of the new terms.
